Growth OS plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Charges renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case, including duplicate billing, technical failure, or unauthorized payment claims.

Partial-use periods, feature preference, or missed cancellation deadlines are typically not refundable unless required by law.

Submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge date from the billing email associated with the account.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent via the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment network and issuing bank.
