This policy explains how Growth OS handles NPRD-related requests submitted by customers, users, and authorized company representatives.

Send your request from an authorized company email and include your organization name, workspace details, and the specific request type.

Growth OS verifies identity and authorization before processing. We may request additional information to protect account security and customer data.

We acknowledge requests and process them within a commercially reasonable time frame, subject to legal obligations and operational constraints.

Requests may be limited where data retention, legal, fraud prevention, billing, or security obligations require continued processing.
